By accessing or using ZentRent (operated by Zentrixa Digital Solutions), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ZentRent is an online listing platform that connects tenants with landlords and property owners in Ghana. ZentRent does not own, manage, rent, or sell any of the properties listed. We are not a real-estate agent, broker, or party to any rental agreement between users.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.

• Landlords are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their listings, including price, photos, location, and availability.
• You must have the legal right to rent out any property you list.
• You must not list fraudulent, fake, duplicate, or misleading properties.
• ZentRent may remove or reject listings, with or without notice, that violate these Terms or are reported as fraudulent.

• Tenants are responsible for independently verifying any property before entering into any agreement or transferring money.
• Never send money, deposits, booking fees, or advance payments before physically inspecting the property and confirming the identity of the landlord.
• Tenants should report suspicious listings or behaviour to info@zentrixa.co.uk.

Any listing reasonably suspected to be fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these Terms may be removed without prior notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activity and cooperate with law enforcement.

ZentRent does not endorse any user, listing, or landlord. The presence of a listing or a "Verified" badge does not constitute a guarantee of safety, quality, legality, or ownership. Always verify independently.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZentRent and Zentrixa Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any payments, scams, fraud, disputes, losses, injuries, or damages arising from agreements, communications, or transactions between tenants and landlords, or from your use of the Service.

All ZentRent branding, design, code, and content (excluding user-submitted listings) are owned by Zentrixa Digital Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
