• Property listings: property title, description, location, price, photos, amenities, and optional identity verification documents (Ghana Card or Voter ID) submitted by landlords.
• Messaging and contact: messages exchanged via in-app forms and WhatsApp click-to-chat metadata (we do not read your WhatsApp messages).
• Usage and analytics: device type, operating system, browser, IP address, pages viewed, search queries, and interactions, used to improve the Service.
• Location data: only when you choose to share it for filtering nearby listings.

• To create and manage your account.
• To publish, moderate, and review property listings.
• To connect tenants and landlords through chat and WhatsApp links.
• To send service-related notifications and respond to support requests.
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, scams, and abuse.
• To improve features, performance, and user experience.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. Identity documents (Ghana Card / Voter ID) are stored privately and are never displayed publicly on listings. We apply role-based access controls and database-level row security to protect personal data.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:

• Service providers (hosting, analytics, email) under strict contracts.
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law.
• Other users only to the extent you choose to make information public (e.g. listing details, public contact name).

• Delete your account and associated listings.
